This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

As a veteran teacher, I’m so grateful for this opportunity because I have wanted to start a hygiene station in my classroom for a while, but I knew I may not be able to afford all that my students may need.

I have seen the different needs as I’ve been teaching the older kids and have condensed the most basic items, which may help them thrive in their learning, knowing they feel and look their best.

They will be able to take care of their needs in this hygiene station.

This project will directly impact historically underfunded classrooms.
