This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

As part of our SEL program "Check in Check out", students set personal goals to improve both academically and socially. They work hard throughout the day to meet their goals, whether it's finishing assignments on time, improving their communication skills, or showing kindness to others. At the end of each day, if they’ve earned enough points by meeting their goals, they get to choose a snack as a reward for their hard work. This system helps reinforce positive behaviors and gives them something to look forward to, encouraging them to stay motivated and focused on their growth.

Your donation will not only satisfy their hunger but also motivate them to work hard toward their personal and academic goals.

Knowing that they’ll have a snack to look forward to will inspire them to stay on track and stay motivated, making them feel valued and cared for. Your generosity will go a long way in helping these young learners succeed and feel supported in their journey!
