My Project
This project will support the counseling department with a large group activity. The paper will go towards integrating a monthly "Gallery Walk" activity. Students would be asked to create a self-portrait based on a monthly prompt. Their photos will be collected and printed on the paper included in this project. Each photo will be framed, and group members will be invited to tour the gallery of photos. This experience will open members up to discussion, insight and perspective shaping. One of the major needs to make this project happen is photo paper! Having quality paper to display their pictures will help to create a serious museum experience. At the end of the year all of the pictures will be put on display as sort of a "Gallery Walk" experience for our stakeholders and school community to showcase what the students have learned and worked on throughout the year.
