it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students love photo-documenting our experiments and our outdoor data collection trips for bird and plant life. Many times, I've heard my Chinese-speaking students say "茄子 (Qiézi)," which means "eggplant," but really just gets someone to smile like "say cheese,"(Go ahead, try it). Photos are an essential tool for learning language. Students are excited when they can say in pictures what is often difficult to say in words.
This macro lens will give my students a new tool for capturing their experiments from a big perspective: close up!
Please give us the creative tool we need to see small details on our plants, a micro test tube when we are extracting DNA, or insects we find on our biodiversity surveys.
