Seeing the Insides of a Frog

Help me give my students a frog dissection model! Every year, in 6th grade science, our major lab is frog dissection!

My Project

Each year, I end the school year with our biggest and most exciting lab! We do an entire unit on frog dissection. I teach them about the anatomy, proper use of the materials, and what to expect. Teaching the anatomy of the frog is so much easier with a 3D model available for students to see and work with. They would be able to see and locate organs and systems before they even do that first cut into a real frog. Students say that this lab is one of the most educational and memorable experiences of 6th grade!
