Seeing Science Clearly Through Safety Goggles

My students need a class set of 30 safety goggles for science class. Science calls for hands-on, icky-sticky, fun experiments that they need to be safe for.

My Students

How cool is it to see a volcano erupt, dry ice disappear, and polymers create snow storms in the classroom! But to see them safely, students need safety goggles to experience maximum fun. Safe science allows students to wonder, discover, and explore close up and personal...as it was meant to be.

The 5th grade students are so inquisitive and can’t wait to explore the world, especially science.

They make connections through curriculum so all the science they experience relates to math, art, architecture, reading, and literacy. They love making discoveries and I love seeing the look on their faces when they do. Many of the students are gifted and twice exceptional, and they thrive on interactive experiments full of cool discoveries.

My Project

One science experience for a student today could turn into an astronaut tomorrow...or a cure for a disease someday...or the creation of a life-saving invention. There is no telling what learning moment could change the life of a student and decide their future career. The students need a class set of 30 child-size safety glasses to make this happen. Please help students have a great science experience and invest in your future and theirs.

150 - 5th grade science students will get to use the safety goggles every school year, so please help all of these students experience science in a fun, up close, and personal way.
