This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.
My Project
The upcoming solar eclipse in 2024 has generated excitement among our student body, particularly those who have been studying the phenomenon in science class. We believe that witnessing this rare event would be a valuable educational experience for our entire school community.
However, we recognize that safety must be our top priority.
Providing appropriate protective eyewear for all students will enable us to observe the eclipse safely as a collective group. While this may entail additional costs, we are committed to ensuring that all students have the opportunity to participate in this extraordinary experience.
