My Students

The students in my classroom benefit from having small group, one-on-one instruction. Our classroom has a low student to teacher ratio, which provides the best learning environment for our kiddos. We are able to focus on academic goals along with behavior, communication, social, and functional life skills.

My Project

Help me provide my students with high quality, supplemental materials that were made specifically for students with autism, who are non-verbal, or are intellectually disabled. My students need adapted books to help them learn on their level. Each student has a different learning style, some requiring adapted technologies from Hook & Loop Velcro to BigMacs and Switches.

My students have been so successful with their own printed adapted books, which change with the lessons, weekly and monthly.

Our classroom has a low student to teacher ratio, which provides the best learning environment for our kiddos. We are able to focus on academic goals along with behavior, communication, social, and functional life skills.

Due to Covid, we are required to provide each student with their own personal materials.
