Help me give my students a Cricut Card Making bundle, Liquid Fusion Activity Play Centers, and other items, to have the best opportunity for success in a school setting.
What do I love about my students? Everything! I am blessed to be able to be a part of these amazing children's learning experiences. My students have unique needs on many levels. While they are unique from their neuro-typical peers, they see the world through a different and beautiful lens. They deserve the same experiences and opportunities as their peers. The items I have chosen will support my students with their sensory, fine motor, basic school skills, independent work skills and their overall experience learning at school. The sorting toys, puzzles, lacing cards, Lego building bricks, counting games and peg puzzles will not only bring another way to enhance learning, but will also help with fine motor skills. Having to pick up and manipulate objects will help with their skills that will eventually help with building stamina to eventually hold a pencil to write. The sensory items such as fidgets, sensory mats, light projector, and noise canceling headphones, will support their sensory needs to help regulate their emotions when they are needing the sensory input. These items will be in the calming corner of my classroom. The Iris clear bins and Cricut joy machine will help me to label and organize my classroom as well as my task boxes for my students' independent work stations. The Cricut will be used to make various things for my students. These bins will be used in my workstations. These workstations help to teach students how to complete tasks independently which will help them when in their general education classrooms.
