We are a Title I school with all scholars receiving free breakfast and lunch daily. Our scholars are so special. They are BOLD, LOVING, ACCOUNTABLE, ZEALOUS, and EMPATHETIC to our learning community. Even with some of the hurdles that they face from day to day, they love coming to the library to read, create, learn about the world around them, and conduct research for projects and for new knowledge. The library is an equitable learning commons for all scholars, regardless of learning style or background.
The Circuit Maker and tools will allow my scholars to print their related STEAM projects, posters, reports, and t-shirts to share with other scholars in collaborative presentations.
They will use these materials, with other DonorsChoose sponsored materials, to help design with the support of their teachers, t-shirts that will remind everyone of what they have already accomplished and All they are ready to accomplish as they transition to the next educational journey.
They finally believe in themselves and now want to show it!!!
The donation of these materials will reduce the behavioral issues and lack of confidence that sometimes plague the minds of our young scholars, because they will have a mantra that helps motivate them and serve as a constant reminder of the work that still needs to be accomplished. These materials will support our initiatives to continue a successful educational journey.
