Help me give my students headphones to allow them to use text to speech programs w/out distracting their peers. Also, help me to provide my students with educational board games that will help enhance their skills.

My Students
Students at my school enjoy learning with all of their teachers (general ed teachers and special ed teachers) while allowing their imagination to run wild as they explore new skills. They are privileged to have classrooms and materials that foster learning, but my students could greatly benefit from having head phones for use with Chromebooks when doing an online activity or using a text read aloud program. My student could also benefit from having educational games to help enhance the skills they are learning.
Our urban elementary school currently has 70% of the students K-6 receiving free breakfast and lunch each day.
Our school is also a Title I-funded school. We have the privilege of receiving reading intervention materials and grants that help our students improve reading skills. Our students face struggles in their everyday lives, and for many of our students the safest, most reliable place in their lives is school. Our students work hard, understand the value of their education, and are eager to learn. Our students deserve the very best!
My Project
I am a special education teacher and I work with students that have various Learning disabilities, Cognitive disabilities, Autism, and Other Health Impairments. We often use technology that includes an auditory feature and when students are working individually they need headphones so they aren't distracted by others working around them. These headphones will allow students to focus and be fully involved in content work that is at their individual academic level and to not be distracted by those around them.
“Education without application is just entertainment (Tim Sanders)." My students will greatly benefit from having board games to practice and enhance the skills that we work on daily.
Many of my students have difficulty with decoding unknown words or understanding/applying phonics skills to their reading. Students work hard daily to read and comprehend text, but they aren't often given the opportunity to apply and practice these skills in a fun engaging way.
