My Project
Our classroom has many books for my students to read but our old library shelving was discarded during the pandemic. Right now, books are not easily accessible for my students. Our books need a new place to call home!
My exuberant first graders are all experiencing the joy of learning how to read!
Whether they are just starting out, well on their way, or learning English as a new language - they all love to read!
A mobile library cart will provide a sturdy space for me to organize our classroom library and for my students to be able to easily see and choose the books that interest them the most. Colorful bins and labels will help direct them. The mobility of the cart will allow for a flexible reading space.
