My Students

The students that I have the opportunity to work with this year are creative, energetic, and have a natural love of learning. They love to work with their hands and enjoy have the opportunities to choose activities that allow them to become natural inquires in their educational process.

I teach in a transitional school that services students at all economic levels.

I strive to provide an enriching experience as I differentiate the learning based on each student's readiness and abilities. Keeping students actively engaged in their learning is my number one goal!

My Project

We were fortunate to receive 12 new Chromebooks for our students to use in the media center. We need to now find a way to securely store the devices and provide an efficient way to charge all 12 units. Our media center is a community space and is used regularly by different organizations. We currently do not have the ability to securely store our new equipment.

The storage center provides the security we need in storing the devices.

It is compact in size and will fit nicely on the shelf that is close to the outlets we currently have in our library. The unit will be used daily in our media center programming as we incorporate more technology for our PK-8 students in the space.
