This year our school has had a huge influx of special education students. I am responsible for pulling my students out of their classroom to receive intensive one to one instruction to close major instructional gaps. However, it is very hard for me to complete this work because this year we have no technology, due to the increase of new students.
I want to give my students the technology they need to complete a small group technology station.
With these laptops students can access the different educational websites that they need in order help close their learning gaps and work on their special education goals.
General education teachers have all been given 1:1 tablets in their classroom. We have been trying to transition the tablets to my room; however, this process does not seem like it would work long term. Please help my students have their own personal devices in my space!
