it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I am privileged to teach a group of enthusiastic, capable, and linguistically diverse students in my classes. These young learners, despite lower levels of English proficiency, are hungry for knowledge. My teaching approach harnesses this energy and attempts to overcome students’ linguistic deficits by integrating multimedia tools like videos, interactive games, and digital notebooks into our curriculum. These activities often serve as their bridge to understanding intricate scientific concepts, making the learning process both effective and engaging for my students.
In a world where technology drives innovation, having consistent access to digital tools isn't just a luxury, it's a necessity for our next-gen scientists.
The hotspot I'm seeking will serve as a reliable backup plan for internet access in my classroom, ensuring my students have uninterrupted access to their digital resources, and enhancing their learning experience. When the internet goes down in my classroom, precious limited instructional time can be wasted. I want to ensure that, no matter what, my students remain connected, engaged, and curious. Having this hotspot will guarantee my students access to the best instruction possible, at all times!
