My Students
My students are very creative and eager learners. They also love to read and are excited when they find new words, word patterns and words we have been working on in the classroom! They are slowly adjusting to in-person learning and are having lots of success being independent learners.
Even when things get challenging in the classroom my students persevere!
They never give up and always strive to work hard. They try different ways to come to a solution with each other and school work. They rely on each other and work very closely-we are family!
My Project
These projects will help my students to decode and encode words that will enhance their reading. The rime magic kit features word families that my students would use to build words. They would need to supply the beginning sounds. The secret stories will help my students to unlock the secret those tricky sounds and it will make it easier for them to recall when they are writing and reading. Overall these kits would be valued resources to improving my scholars' reading skills after a year of virtual learning and missing instruction for some.
