Help me give my students new literacy and math activities, such as the Launch Sets for Phonics and Number Line Activities. Also the class Dot Marker set to use for art, literacy, math, etc!
Center time is very popular part of our classroom schedule. My students spend the majority of the afternoon in independent learning centers. At this point of the year, I am having to create new centers constantly in order to continue working towards our learning goals in new, exciting fun ways.
I want my students to be eager about getting into our centers and feel confident and take ownership of their learning.
These materials will also give me the opportunity to pull my small groups of students who need more one on one attention for learning.
My students will be able to use the new literacy materials to test their learning goals on beginning sounds, rhyming and letter recognition. The magic board sets will allow them to continue working on their writing independently. They will be able to strengthen their number recognition and sequencing by using the number lines as tools both in whole group lessons and centers. The art materials are not only used to show their creativity, but also as tools in their math and literacy activities.
