Second Graders Need Updated, Engaging Center Materials!
Help me give my students a printer, bins, storage envelopes, and the materials needed to make new literacy and math centers that align with our new curriculum!
My students are an amazing group of learners that are genuinely enjoying the new curriculum that our district rolled out this year! We have adopted a new literacy program and will be adopting a new math program soon as well. Despite plenty of changes, the students have adapted well and are really enjoying their learning.
My students have different learning backgrounds and needs, which necessitates updated centers that fit the learning targets of my class!
This year particularly, I am creating many different resources daily to fit the needs of my learners. I would love the opportunity to do this by adding materials to assist with the creation of new centers which are aligned with our curriculum.
With your help, I will be able to print new centers for my students, which I will prep and laminate for their use. We need the basic materials - cardstock, storage envelopes, and a color printer, along with bins to store all of the new materials - in order to create engaging centers at each level.
My vision is to have a bin for each group in my classroom with materials for each subject that are solely at their level, which will allow them to be engaged and successful throughout the day in their learning centers. This will allow for more focused and targeted work as well as successful independent learning, which makes for accomplished readers and writers!
