My Project
Our school is filled with students of all backgrounds and abilities, needs and interests. What they all have in common is that they are eager to learn and work hard to grow... and their love of science and snacks!
Science is a subject that is important, powerful, and engaging, but we are often not given much time during the week to teach it.
These books are aligned with second grade science standards and will spark interest and provide background knowledge for students. The STEM activity books will provide a resource for me to include more engaging activities in the classroom.
This project also includes much needed headphones that allow students to stay focused on their personalized work on the computer. Additionally, I am asking for snacks. Hungry kids struggle to learn! Having snacks on hand helps to ensure all students can learn to the best of their ability. Thank you for supporting our classroom.
