My Students
My students will be the future leaders of our country. So I refer to them as "Lathem Leaders". I am Ms. Robin Lathem and I teach 2nd grade. Your donation will help the students to achieve success! We recite a promise each day. "Each day I'll do my best and I won't do any less. My work will always please me and I won't accept a mess!" Therefore with your generous donation my students will have selective alternative seating for them to achieve success. Thanks in advance for your support!
My Project
Flexible seating allows students to take charge of their learning and make the choices that work best for them. Currently, during small group instruction, my students are sitting in chairs. Making sure students are comfortable is an essential component in motivating them. The students will be inspired to focus and participate in the lesson because they are not tired. The yoga balls allow movement which will help students remain energetic.
