Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
All of the requested supplies will help me, as their teacher to successfully implement our 2nd grade curriculum. It will make the day to day lessons run more smoothly and be presented in a much more professional manner. Things like the easel paper, markers, magnetic rods, string lights, will help me display anchor charts as well as make them more engaging and helpful to my students. The art materials will help better engage my students in art lessons and projects. Finally, the snacks will provide nourishment to students that may need it each day at school. I teach a title one school with a large English Language Learner population. Given this, all things posted in my classroom needs to provide illustrations and/or pictures to help their learning.
