My Project
As an occupational therapist at a school for special needs, it is my duty to assist students on my caseload within the classroom. As a school, we are underfunded and not equipped with proper materials to assist each student's needs within the classroom.
In my classroom, students are full of energy and curiosity, but traditional chairs don't always support their need to move while learning.
Flexible seating with stability ball chairs offers students the freedom to gently bounce, wiggle, and shift as they work, which helps improve focus, posture, and engagement. These chairs encourage active sitting, especially benefiting students. By donating to this project, you'll help create a more inclusive and dynamic learning environment where every student can thrive—one seat at a time.
