Help me give my students chair pockets, wobble chairs, scoop rockers, and other classroom supplies that will help them feel comfortable and get organized!
Students in my classroom are in an ICT setting. Some students may need extra support, but in our room we are one and the same. We strive for students to understand each other, work as a team and treat each other like family. As students are provided with additional supplies to make them feel more comfortable in the classroom, it can help them to focus on what they are learning.
Providing flexible seating, such as wobble chairs and scoop rockers, can give students different options on where they are learning.
These flexible seating options enable them to work at their desks or in a different parts of the classroom. They can help students to feel at ease, deescalate stressful situations, and can even be used as a learning incentive. Also, the black chair pockets are very useful for students throughout the year.
