This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students are special because this is their first experience in a classroom environment. Many of my students are from a low social-economic environment and I want to make them feel like our classroom is a safe, comfortable, and accepting place. These stools will allow my students to sit comfortably at our horseshoe table while working in small groups with their peers. The stools and horseshoe table will also allow me to work with students in small groups. Which will allow me to work closely with students to help improve student achievement levels.
