Our school is a TITLE I school. There are nearly 600 children in our Pre-K through 5th grade. We do our best as educators to provide the richest environment and learning experience as possible. Though we have limited funds, we make up for it with creativity. We are, however, in need of a class set of chairs. Please help me give my students chairs. We hope that this example is set for our students, as they live in an area of limited means, they may find a way to prosper no matter what. In the hardest of times, we reach out to those who can help.
My Project
I have several pieces of flexible seating in my classroom. However, I need a basic chair for student work often. These chairs will fit the custom tables I built for my students during the summer. These chairs are so very light which will help with mobility as we rearrange our work space often to work with others. The class set will also take away from eye sores of mismatched and broken chairs that we have had in our building for years. Thank you for taking time to care about a proper work space for our students. Their comfort in the classroom is just one less element of worry thanks to your generosity.
