This year there are 21 students in our kindergarten classroom.
I am focused on providing engaging curriculum at school including using as many hands-on activities as possible each and every day.
These five and six year olds are highly motivated!
A hands-on learning approach helps students with so many things, but I'm excited about watching and helping their problem-solving skills. I'm ecstatic to have kindergarten students be responsible for their supplies and provide lots of fine motor activities to help them grow.
Having seat sacks will help our students stay organized.
Need your crayons and your writing journal, no problem- they are conveniently at your seat!
Our kindergarten classrooms have tables which I love, but since there aren't desks, we have to be creative on where to store our items.
At the moment we are using bags to carry around the classroom and they just aren't working.
We've been in school for 14 days and I've already had to replace one because the threads came undone at the seams.
I'm looking forward to providing students will quality seat sacks and literacy centers for students to practice skills during center time.
