Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students crave independence and they crave their own space! These seat sacks allow for both!
In a classroom with limited space, keeping tables clear of supplies helps students have space to work, learn , and not get distracted.
Seat sacks help students store their individual resources right at their seat. Each week, students can choose their own books and keep them in their very own seat sack! The seat sacks also have a name tag holder so they know where they sit, but the teachers can keep the tables free of any tags or tape. Different colors of seat sacks for every table help with classroom management, as well as differentiate groups (red group, yellow group, etc.). These seat sacks can withstand years of use in the classroom. The students will love having these in our classroom every year!
