This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
First graders are not only learning academics and social skills but also organizational skills. Having additional space for storing important school materials can greatly benefit their learning experience. This project aims to provide seat pockets for seventy-five first-grade students divided among three classrooms, allowing them to keep their supplies organized and easily accessible.
Your contribution will directly benefit our first-grade students, helping them succeed academically and fostering a sense of responsibility.
The seat pockets will also help teachers spend less time spent managing supplies and more time devoted to teaching.
Nearly all students from low‑income households
