This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Art is a tool of self-regulation and self-exploration. At our school, students are immersed in the arts. We are lucky to have screen-printing materials to be able to make T-shirts. I would love for students to be able to make shirts that has an affirming message about teen mental health. I am requesting funding for each student to be able to create their own shirt. In order to do so, I will be bulk purchasing unisex T-shirts. Please support our amazing students so they can create an artwork they can wear that will spread awareness about the importance of mental health.
