My Project
I am seeking funding to provide my 9th-grade students with scrapbooking and journaling supplies to decorate their writer's notebook covers. These supplies will allow each student to personalize their notebooks, fostering a sense of ownership and pride in their work. By making their notebooks unique, students can express their individuality and creativity, which is crucial in building a positive and engaging learning environment. This project will help students feel more connected to their writing, encouraging them to take risks, reflect deeply, and develop their voices as writers.
Our students are scholars and deserve to be able to have a personalized notebook that reflects their individuality and unique abilities as writers and young adults.
