This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

In the heart of our school community beats the passion for soccer, a sport that transcends boundaries and unites us all. However, the reality of limited resources, exacerbated by recent cuts in our athletic department, poses a challenge to our students from low socioeconomic backgrounds who yearn to practice and play the game they love. But amidst adversity lies opportunity, and with your support, we can empower these aspiring athletes to pursue their dreams and thrive on the field. Our students' love for soccer runs deep, serving as a source of joy, camaraderie, and identity.

By providing soccer balls for our students, we can bridge the gap and empower them to pursue their passion for soccer.

With access to these essential resources, our students can practice, train, and hone their skills, fostering teamwork, discipline, and resilience along the way. Soccer balls aren't just tools; they're vehicles for empowerment, catalysts for growth , and symbols of hope.
