it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students love to move, play, and learn through teamwork. Many of them don’t have access to organized sports outside of school, so physical education is their only chance to play structured games. I want to provide soccer gear to help them build confidence, stay active, and learn the value of teamwork.
Soccer isn’t just a game—it teaches responsibility, collaboration, and resilience.
With proper equipment, such as the goal and soccer balls, my students will be able to play safely and engage in team-building activities. These items will enhance PE lessons, especially for students who may not otherwise have the chance to participate in sports.
This project will benefit all the students in my class and grade level, especially those who thrive with hands-on, movement-based learning. Many of my students come from underserved communities and rely on school resources for recreational opportunities.
