it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My curious little learners love to explore the world through hands-on play, and a sand and water table is the perfect tool to spark that exploration. With scoops, funnels, and floating toys, this sensory station will help build fine motor skills, encourage cooperative play, and support language development as students describe what they see and feel. It is more than just play, it is a powerful way for young children to make sense of their world.
When little hands dig, pour, and splash, big STEM thinking starts to grow.
From testing what sinks and floats to exploring volume, weight, and cause and effect, students will engage in early science, technology, engineering, and math concepts in a joyful, developmentally appropriate way. With your support, our classroom will become a place of endless discovery, laughter, and learning, one scoop at a time.
