Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Children are agents of curiosity ,as soon as children enter preschool they would like to ask so many questions. I would like that curiosity to stay alive during their school time.

I know that through engagement with real-world materials, along with rich questioning from adults and peers, children begin to form their ideas about the world.

Children need to know that Science is a way of explaining the world around them and that they can be little Scientist everyday in our class with this tools and resources .

Science stations will give my students the opportunity to explore and they will be exploring (they say playing) and investigating their emerging understanding of how the world works. I know that through engagement with real-world materials, along with rich questioning from adults and peers, children begin to form their ideas about the world.

This Science resources will get my students engaged, collaborating, and moving in your daily lessons. Each station will provide a different method for reinforcing important science content.

Apart from the well-recognised cognitive benefits of interacting with concrete materials, exploring is good fun and motivates children to take ownership of their learning.
