My Project
My students are 6th graders and middle school is exciting. Itʻs the first time they have a different teacher for each subject and actually need to change classes. In elementary school they learned the different subjects but there was no dedicated classes, having science the same time every day is all new to them.
Help my students to better engage with the scientific method!
These supplies will aid in a fun, interactive way for students to hypothesize, test, and prove through fun experiments. Having their own 3-ring Binders and Divider Tabs will allow students to stay organized and record our experiments. The different Science Experiment kits will foster group work, discovery, and interaction with the scientific method.
We spent most of the last 3 years distance learning, hybrid learning, or social distancing which makes hands on experimentation in a science setting difficult, This project will help my students get first hand experience in a lab setting!
