After completing two summers of AMSTI training, hands-on science is #1 for me! I love this book! Aligned with the National Science Education Standards, ScienceSaurus® is a comprehensive guide that covers all the major strands of science including life, physical, and earth science as well as natural resources and the environment to prepare students for success in science class and state assessments. Clear examples, detailed guidelines, and easy-to-understand explanations help students understand and review essential science topics such as scientific investigations, data analysis, lab skills and safety, writing lab reports, and test preparation skills. SciLinks® access codes provided throughout the handbook offer links to relevant, age-appropriate information on the Internet specifically chosen by the National Science Teachers Association (NSTA). ScienceSaurus is a student-friendly companion to any science program.

My students were pumped to see a copy of this book, and felt it would really help them reinforce what they are learning in Science labs.

I would love to have a class set of Sciencesaurus books. As we all know, it is way too hard to share a book with someone and really be able to get the info!

The 5th grade students would really appreciate this gift! With this day of testing testing testing, I can be assured I am giving my students everything they need!
