Science/Computer Science IN Humanities

My Students

I love all my unique students from Kindergarten through fifth grade. They are eager to learn and have fun with science projects in my humanities class. I see over 600 students in six days. They all have creative minds, which will be great for our future inventors. We have to work Independently this year due to Covid restrictions instead of working in small groups or with partners, so we need more supplies this year than normal. My students could always use extra colored markers, scissors, tape, mini flashlights, straws, paper plates, and plastic cups for our many different science projects including coding projects with computer science. The students love incentive rewards like small books or stickers as well. Most of my students enjoy reading material relating to science or computer science for elementary students, which will enhance their learning abilities.

My Project

Using hands-on activities in the classroom enriches the learning experience for all students. The memory from learning this way will be long-lasting and inspiring for all involved. Building robots is something that will excite the students to learn. This project will influence students to continue their education in computer science or technology, which is the future of our society. Coding is something the students can focus on with robots. Students will love working on projects that are challenging and related to their interests. Any donation for the classroom would be greatly appreciated and used daily in our science classroom.
