My students need science tools such as slides, microscopes, graduated cylinders, and other science lab materials to help them grow as they critically examine the world around them.
Our school is filled with great students who are excited to learn! I am a new teacher trying to get a classroom together that is as inspiring as my amazing 6th grade students!
Most of the supplies and materials we use are purchased "out-of pocket," yet that does not impede our search for knowledge or our ambitions.
We use what we have to discover, invent, build, and learn!

My Project
My students need science lab tools to help them as they critically examine the world around them. Please help me develop a classroom where they have the tools available to best test their ideas and delve deeply into their explorations. The most important tool I would like to add to their scientific tool belts are microscopes. These along with the slides, cylinders, and magnets would give my students so many more opportunities to test their ideas and better explore the many scientific concepts they are so excited about.
My students are very scientifically minded and enjoy problem solving and testing hypotheses about a myriad of different scientific disciplines.
They especially enjoy: engineering, biology, chemistry, physical science, astronomy and so much more.
