My Project

These books will continue enhancing the print-rich classroom I strive to create.

Students will use these resources to read texts on the 6th-grade science curriculum texts, paired reading texts, and conduct a novel study about a student with severe disabilities.

Every student should have the opportunity to read informational texts with the appropriate rigor. All of these texts have been chosen with my students in mind-I have watched them read titles just like these the past few weeks of school, and I have also asked them what type of texts they would enjoy reading. Students can choose informational topics, which will help them continue to enjoy reading.
