This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I have the pleasure of teaching elementary science to over 200 curious minded students in the Bronx, New York. Each bunch of students that I interact with are eager to share their ideas and explore. During science class my goal is to provide students with opportunities to question, investigate, communicate learning, and build their critical thinking. However, we are in need of technology in order to provide authentic investigative learning.
These iPads engage students in scientific simulations and provide them with authentic opportunities to conduct research.
With these iPads you are helping students travel beyond the confines of the classroom as they dive deeper into real world scientific concepts.
