Help me give my students the equipment to explore physics, Earth science, and engineering with programmable drones that bring real-world science to life!
FULLY FUNDED! Mrs. Bryant's classroom raised $346

My Project
My students are curious, hands-on learners who light up when science connects to the world around them. I teach 6th grade science in a public school where many of our families face financial challenges. Despite this, my students come to class eager to experiment, investigate, and explore.
I want to bring drones into our classroom to give students a truly engaging and Innovative learning experience.
With programmable drones, students can learn about forces and motion, energy, and flight dynamics in a way that’s unforgettable. We'll explore scientific concepts like gravity, thrust, and air resistance, not just by reading about them, but by flying drones and testing those ideas in action.
These drones also open up incredible opportunities for STEM learning. Students will write simple programs to control flight paths, collect environmental data, and observe ecosystems from above. They’ll problem-solve, collaborate, and build real-world skills like coding and data analysis.
Our science standards call for hands-on inquiry and integration of engineering and technology. These drones will help make that possible in an affordable and accessible way. Your support will help ensure my students don’t just learn about science, they’ll do science.
More than three‑quarters of students from low‑income households
