This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

We are an impoverished school but we have very bright, enthusiastic, and eager scholars who love math and science. They come to school daily ready to learn and soak up as much information as we as teachers can give them. My goal as a teacher is to make it possible for each and every scholar to rise to their fullest potential.

The science kits, cell models, and microscopes are the tools that we need to take our science lessons to the next level because we have no science books nor materials.

This will give my students a chance to experience hands on learning in a way that will truly stay with them throughout their school career and beyond.

Your generosity will help my students become the budding scientist I know they are. You are helping to unlock their minds, grow their thought processes and help them soar to another learning plateau.
