Help me give my students a classroom microscope and other tools to explore the wonders of science up close through hands on demonstrations and experiments.
The students in my class have abilities that will make them the "Einsteins" of our future. They come from diverse backgrounds and have varying abilities, but they all have the potential to make their mark on this great planet!
My students love science and aquiring the Steve Spangler science tools and kits will allow them to use collaboration, communication, critical thinking, and creativity throughout our day and to take ownership in their education!
We are a Title 1 School, in rural Florida, and just like our hometown heroes, The Navy's Blue Angels, we work hard and "fly" fast in our classroom. Although we are a small town, we have an extraordinary amount of pride and patriotism and it shows each and every day.
During science, my students just can't wait to put their hands on "stuff!" The Steve Spangler science items and kits (along with the microscope) will give them the opportunity to see cool science experiments. They will use the materials and their knowledge of STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, Math) to collaborate with their peers before and after the experiments. They will also incorporate math into the unit by using measurement to record and graph the data they collect during their experiments.
