My Project

Each year, I aim to provide my students with all the foundational skills they need to become successful academic leaders. In order to do that, I must stay up-to-date with my professional development and implement the research within the classroom. My students are my heart and soul. I want to make sure that I not only teach them their foundational skills, but do so in a way that my students know that I care about them and their success, so I want to ensure their learning is relevant, but also fun! This Science of Reading project will help me do that.

In order to be successful and help my students learn the foundational skills they need, I must be able to provide materials to my students that will help me teach them these foundational skills.

In this project, I am asking for Science of Reading manipulatives that will allow me to not only teach my students the decoding skills they need to be successful, but will also allow my students to implement these skill independently once the skills are mastered.

My students' success is extremely important to me and I want to ensure they have a solid foundation when leaving my classroom. Thank you so much for considering supporting my Science of reading project.
