Science of Reading, Science of Writing

Help me give my students a color printer, fluency passages, and a bluetooth listening center to help students fill reading gaps due to COVID shut down.

My Project

My students are reading and writing below grade level due to COVID shut down. A color printer will help visuals pop and provide vivid independent task boxes. Students will use clear view fluency folders to track fluency, books read, and use during choral reading. In our class we will have a reading buddy & pen pal to increase writing skills. A box with a chalkboard will be used as our pen pal writing station. I am very excited to bring our reading buddy and have a class pen pal.

All of my students are on IEP and have really felt academic skills drop due to COVID, with your donation students will have access to reading and writing materials needed to fill the gaps.
