This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

The students at my school are always excited when I can find new ways for them to connect with science. It is a challenge to provide opportunities to all students due to limited funds. With this donation, my students will not only have fun in class but they will be engaged in the topic, which will help them learn.

Science needs the opportunity to be hands-on.

Students will be encouraged to use their creativity which keeps them focused and confident.

My Project

Finding ways to connect with your students is always a challenge. Education has to continue to be interesting and engaging. These LEGO building kits will help me make science fun.

Students will get a hands-on activity that will help them connect fun to the scientific method.

Without fun activities, it is hard to grasp the scientific method. Without experiments, it is just words. When students get the opportunity to apply their learning, they will be able to be more successful. I want my students to be successful in my class because I know that will motivate them in the future to try new things.
