Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

This project will help students learn more in depth about our science units. The science units we teach in kindergarten are apples, pumpkins, ocean animals, seasons, etc. These books will be displayed during our monthly units of study so students can explore on their own time. Students love reading the books that are showcased at the front of the classroom.

We will begin our Ocean Unit in 2 months in preparation for our field trip to the ocean institure.

These books help students engage in our curriculum and gain curiosity over our topics. Thank you for considering our classroom!
