My Project
Science education is valuable for all students. It teaches critical thinking skills and how to look at the world around them in a different light. Key to learning about science is doing it in a safe manner, and these new goggles will help my students do just that. Much of the equipment we have in the lab is old, and while a 10 year old glass beaker or Bunsen burner work just fine, the same cannot be said for safety equipment.
Unfortunately, much of our safety equipment is nearing its end of life and is in need of replacement to ensure the safest environment for students to learn.
Please help me update some of our equipment and keep my students safe while we learn about the world around us.
