Help me give my students the tools needed to learn preschool level Science concepts. Through tools such as the simple machine, my students will learn about the world around them and apply what they learn in their exploration.
My multicultural classroom is full of young children whose minds want and need to be stimulated. My children are eager learners who have a strong drive to learn everything about the world around them. I love providing them with opportunities to grow their learning and encourage them to be life long learners. The children enjoy learning opportunities including STEM, language arts, and creative arts. They enjoy learning new social-emotional skills and love to practice the taught skills with each other and their families.
The majority of the children in the school, including my classroom, come from low-income families, where they are dual language learners, many who are the first in their families to learn the English language.
The children in my classroom have a strong will to become successful students, and I want to be able to provide them with the supplies they need in order to set them up for success.
My Project
My students are natural and curious learners who thrive on being challenged. These requested tools will help my students to expand their learning about the world around them.
My students would grow their knowledge of Science concepts using tools such as the requested simple machine models.
They would be able to put into practice what I teach them with access to appropriate tools and materials. Having access to these tools and materials will bring my student's thoughts and ideas to life in our classroom.
