Hello and thank you for visiting our Donors Choose page! The children I teach are a culturally diverse group that are eager and curious learners who thrive on being challenged. The children in my classroom all come from low-income families, many whose first language is not English. Each child who comes through my classroom finds a special place in my heart, and I love being able to provide them with interesting and challenging lessons that encourage growth in all of my students. As a teacher, being able to provide these rich learning opportunities for the children that come through my classroom, it warms my heart knowing that I had a part in helping the children to grow academically, socially, and emotionally, as well as to prepare them for kindergarten.
